Dinner is included and a reminder that, as well as hearing all our recent developments and thanking those who put in so much effort to run the club, we will be making a very important announcement about our ground situation.

Hello, At this difficult time for Israel LMVCC have decided to support this initiative by Israel Youth Cricket. Israel Youth Cricket is run in conjunction with the Israel Cricket Association, Yonni Sidelsky is the Head supported by Sam Benjamin (Israel Junior Maccabiah Manager).
"I am seeking a donation to go with my team and run cricket sessions for Israeli children displaced from their homes due to the war. As you know, the situation over here is very complex. Currently, there is a huge number of people uprooted from their homes, staying at hotels and hostels across the country as their homes are no longer safe and/or simply destroyed. These are people who have been through living hell, having lost entire families and communities, either killed or kidnapped. Their time in temporary residence is likely to be weeks at the minimum but most likely months and even years.
We are looking for GBP 3,000 to go and do 100 hours of cricket for the kids in such places to help with distraction, some form of relief, and even a sliver of healing.
Anything you can give to support this initiative would be most welcome.
