Dear all
I want to start off by wishing a very speedy recovery to El Presidente/our Hon Treasurer Terry Hyman, who was taken unwell on holiday and is currently recovering at Barnet General.
On 12 September, we rounded off the summer with two matches played by mixed adult and junior development players - a fitting way to end what has been a great season, particularly in continuing the development of our "One Club" philosophy to provide a pathway from junior to senior cricket.
I will thank all those involved properly at the forthcoming AGM (details to follow), suffice to say everything the club has achieved has taken an enormous amount of work behind the scenes by a select few...
Our new Autumn Junior Net sessions start on Monday 3 October at Mill Hill School Sports Centre and run on Monday nights thereafter until mid-December. We have only a few places left for the 6-7pm session (U11s) and 7-8pm session (U13 and U15s). Please can you contact Anthony Wise - anthonywisey@aol.com and pay the £100 fee to the Vale bank account to secure your place asap and avoid missing out.
