Dear all
Your Club Committee never stops working on your behalf, and the latest fruits of their labours is our new website, which will be launching soon via Pitchero (which may already be familiar to you from other clubs e.g. London Lions).
The website and the accompanying app will make a massive difference to the running of the club, allowing us to communicate with you more effectively, and for you to interact with us simply and quickly with regards to availability, subs and other related matters.
Before we “go live”, we need ALL OF YOU to contribute by taking 3 steps:
- DOWNLOAD THE PITCHERO CLUB APP ON YOIR PHONE, and
- REGISTER WITH THE CLUB via the following link: https://pitchero.com/join/86276
- APPLY FOR ROLE (PARENT/PLAYER/CHILD) AND FILL OUT REGISTRATION INFO
Attached is a step-by-step guide produced by our Tech guru, Benjy Lovat. At the end of the process, which will take no more than 2-3 minutes, you will be signed up to LMVCC. Please note it is VITAL you fill out all of the “MY INFO” section as that will include key information such as medical details/emergency contact etc.
If you already have Pitchero then simply add London Maccabi Vale as a club to your account.
THE ABOVE SHOULD BE CARRIED OUT BY THE PARENT OF ALL JUNIOR PLAYERS WHO PLAY IN ANY OF THE U11, U13 OR U15 teams. TO DO SO, PLEASE REGISTER AS PARENT FIRST - THEN ADD YOUR CHILD/REN TO YOUR ACCOUNT WHEN PROMPTED.
Those junior players who are outside of these teams can download the app and register THEMSELVES.
Please can you all do this ASAP. It really is vital we have you ALL registered before we formally launch the site. Please do so whether you play every week or only intermittently (or are just a supporter).
