Dear all
The excitement is growing as the 2023 Vale Outdoor season kicks into gear. We have more fixtures than ever coming up through all the groups (U11/U13/U15) through to our three senior teams (1st/2nd/Development). The first adult games are this coming Sunday - 23rd April with two matches on adjoining pitches at Knebworth Park CC and the first junior game on 26 April (U11s).
As ever, though, we can only provide all these opportunities for everyone if you ALL input into the admin side of things. Therefore, please can EVERYONE receiving this email make sure you have actioned/continue to action the following items so we can get the show on the road:
1. Sign up to Pitchero (our new portal) as a senior player or a Parent of a child playing in the Junior teams by downloading the App and using https://protect-eu.mimecast.com/s/SD0xCnZY9uX1MwVS9omI-?domain=pitchero.com
2. Put in your availability for at least the first few matches of the season by going to the calendar section of the App (at bottom of screen), clicking on each match for your team and then clicking on "Set Availability".
3. Make sure you have paid subs - no player will be insured unless they have paid their membership fee. Juniors is £150 for summer season, Senior players is £200 (£125 students) or £25 membership fee which includes your first match.
4. Come to outdoor training - Juniors 10-11 (U11), 11-12 (U13/U15) on Sunday at Rowley Lane, Senior at Mill Hill School Sports Centre 7.30pm this coming Thursday then outdoors at Rowley Lane on Thursdays 6.30pm thereafter.
