Match report A comprehensive enough win, although should have been a lot easier.
Top batting from Schusman, Brand (shock) and Bott, with his highest score for Vale.
Some late hitting pushed the score past 250, with Cohen hitting his first ball for 6 over cow corner.

Bowling started very well, with Weitzman downhill and Kangisser, in his first game of the season, uphill. Those two, along with Cohen, Schusman and Lederman all bowled well, but Finchley should never have got over 200.

Fielding was erratic, with some brilliant moments, Haff, and some not so brilliant moments.

A win to kick start the season.

Looking forward to Weitzman taking over the reigns from Brand as skipper!
