Dear all
Pleased to report that the 2022 season is now very much up and running. It's been great to see lots of juniors at the training sessions on Sunday mornings and the hard work done in those sessions under Anthony Wise and the other coaches paying off with thrilling last over wins last week for both the U11s and U13s (the U15s too took their game to the last over only to be defeated).
Reminder that Colts training is every Sunday at Rowley Lane Sports Ground, 10-11am for U11s and 11-12 for U13/U15s.
On the adult side, the season got under way with a narrow loss to London Nigerians in a game memorable for a fantastic knock of 104 from the evergreen Jon Feigenbaum and a century stand with his son Sam to boot.
This Sunday sees the 1sts get their Chess Valley League season under way with a tough assignment at Brondesburry, whilst the 2nds and Development teams have a grudge match at Knebworth Park against Belmont & Edgware.
With the matches starting to flow now, please make life easier for the captains by giving them your availability as soon as you can and finally,
